Cassandra was committed to my home buying process from beginning to end. I really mean from the time I mentioned, “I think I want to buy my first home” to the first few weeks I was in the house. I really appreciated the attentiveness because buying my first house was a pretty overwhelming ordeal. Furthermore, Cassandra’s portfolio is diverse. Homes sold all across town, different demographics, different budgets, different home styles, etc. I always like interacting with people with complexity as I feel they often “bring more to the table.” Her range also makes her extremely knowledgeable about the industry. Cassandra helped us purchase a home to flip. It was our first time considering a project like this, so we needed a good deal of guidance. She went above and beyond our expectations. We've worked with agents before who remained somewhat indifferent during the process. Cassandra was the complete opposite and offered her opinion - without being overbearing - on potential gains and losses with certain homes. She was extremely honest when she felt homes would result in a loss of money for us, and also when she thought a home had real potential for a profit. She definitely doesn't do this job only for her paycheck. She cares about her clients making smart choices too. We will absolutely continue to use Cassandra in the future.
